Come join this interactive and engaging session where Lisa will discuss components of personal wellbeing that influence how we interact and engage in our work environment. Lisa will share part of her own journey and how she has developed resilience over the years. Part of sharing her experience emphasizes the importance of knowing that you aren’t alone. She will weave in her personal experiences and give practical tips on how to apply this to our work with our advisee’s in order to support their journey through their college experience and beyond.
